This month's tune "Flop Eared Mule" is a traditional old time tune brought to us by Ron Whitlow about a year ago. The tune has proven to be a jam favorite. We hope you enjoy it.

We will aim to select a Public Domain song out of our collection once a month, and bring it to the attention of our jam members. It might be a new tune we just heard that everyone was crazy about learning, or it might be a tune from our history too good to be forgotten. We're providing a score of the version that we have settled on. The score is playable in your web browser (using a free plug-in called Sibelius Scorch). The plug-in should install automatically the first time you try to play a score, and will only have to be installed once. We've also provided an MP3 file of our best recording of the song to date.
